How many hours are you at my wedding?

Do not think of the time we spend together on your wedding day as a specific amount of hours but rather the amount of events you want covered. If you have booked an all day wedding Collection I will be there for everything.

How soon before my wedding should I book with you?

The best time is at least 8-10 months before your wedding date, especially if you are planning a May, June, July, September, or October wedding. These months fill up quick.

How many photographers will be at my wedding?

If you have booked a two photographer wedding Collection 2 photographers will be at your wedding;

• 1 Lead photographer (Molly Grosse)
• 1 Associate photographer

If you have not booked a two photographer wedding Collection, Molly will be your only photographer with an assistant who does not do any photography.

How much do I need for a deposit?

1/3 of your total balance due is used as your deposit.

Is my deposit refundable?

Deposits are not refundable.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my wedding?

If you need to cancel your wedding, your deposit will not be refunded but you can use it towards another photography session.

If you need to reschedule your wedding we will try to accommodate you as best as possible. You can reschedule to another date as long as that date is not already booked by another bride.

How many locations are included in my wedding day photography?

We can go to as many locations that the time we are together will permit.

Do you have back-up equipment?

Yes! I always bring at least 2 cameras, two flashes, and several lens to each wedding.

Can I order albums and prints outside of my Collection?

Yes! Any print, album etc.. you order that does not come with your Collection is priced from the current price list. However if you add these to your Collection when you book you will receive a discount.

Why do I need an Engagement Session?

Think of Engagement Sessions as a practice for your wedding day. You get an up close look at how I shoot, direct and interact with you. Engagement Sessions are so much fun and really give you a chance to spend some time with each other during your busy wedding planning days. Engagement Session photographs can be used for many purposes:

• Engagement Guest Book
• Save-the-Date cards
• Gifts

Engagement Session are included with all Wedding Collections.

How long are Engagement Sessions?

Engagement sessions typically last an hour.

Can I pick the location or do we have to do it in your studio?

You have a choice either in my fully equipped studio or you can pick any location in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. Places that need a fee to enter will be added to your final balance. Pick a place that is meaningful to you both like:

• the place you were engaged
• a fun location that has significant memories
• a place that goes with the theme or feel of your wedding

How far in advance should I have my Engagement Session?

Engagement Session should be no later than 8 weeks before your wedding. This gives us plenty of time incase of bad weather and to get your Engagement Guest Book designed and printed.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes. Avoid anything to tight, to short or to baggy. You do not have to wear matching outfits but try to co-ordinate your clothing, by style, color and whether you want to be dressy or casual. It is also best to avoid white. If you have questions about anything in particular email or call and we can discuss this further.

How many locations?

Usually we stay at one location, unless two or more locations are fairly close (less than 5 minute drive time).

What happens if it rains/snows?

The beauty of Engagement Sessions is they can be rescheduled. Or use the weather to our advantage.

Can I choose the photographs for my album?

Yes! You will be given an album order form. No design will begin until this form is returned back to me.

How many photographs can I put in my album?

The amount of photographs per album depends on the type of album you order, the amount of pages you ordered and size of your album.

Our most popular albums are the Contemporary Album and the Traditional Album.

How soon do I need to choose the photographs for my album?

As soon as you have your proofs, CD or your online gallery is active you can order your album. You should do it as soon as possible after your wedding while the excitement is still in the air.

After 14 months your wedding files will be archived and you will be charged a fee to place any outstanding orders.

Who designs my album?

I do (Molly Grosse). I design all albums to fit the mood and style of your wedding.

Can my parents order albums?

Yes! They can order any album they desire.

Do parent albums have to be duplicates of my album?

No. Parents can pick any photographs they want for their album. They will go through the same process you do for their albums.

What if I can not decide on the photographs for my album?

I can help. If you are stumped and can not narrow your photographs down, I can give you a list of the photographs I think will make a beautiful album. Then you can edit that list.

How long does it take to get my album back after I have ordered it?

This is dependent on the time of year you place your order and the type of album you order.

What type of albums do you offer?

We offer several styles of albums:

Each album has unique qualities and aesthetic value.

Contemporary Albums:

These albums have the option of a photo cover or many colors of leather

They lay flat on any surface with a minimum gap in the center for panaramic design layouts.

The photographs are printed directly on the page.

Traditional Albums:

This style of album has many cover options as well.

They lay flat on any surface and instead of photographs printed on the page they are slid into a mat that is then slid into the page.

There are many options and mat designs to choose.

What is an Engagement Guest Book?

Engagement Guest Books are guest books you use at your reception for your guests to sign. Photographs from your Engagement Session are used on the pages and cover.

Guest Books are designed with lots of white space so your guests have plenty of room to leave you messages and well wishes.
